Richard Catchman has 24 years experience in the facility services industry wtih experience in the office market, medical facilities, clean room applications, financial institutions, industrial facilities and mixed use facilities.  Green cleaning and Day cleaning are two areas of expertise.

Richard is a member of IREM, BOMA, IFMA, USBGC and NAIOP.  Richard’s efforts in the US Green Building Council were highlighted in the last two years as he served as the Co-Chair of the Networking Committee and worked with the Board of Directors to gather continued momentum for the Green initiatives.Scott Haddock General Manager

Scott has over twenty years experience in the building services industry. As the General Manager for CARETAKERS, he oversees all operational activities and leads the CARETAKERS team to provide best-in-class customer service.

Scott brings a wealth of industry knowledge related to effective manpower utilization, lean manufacturing processes, sustainable solutions and performance management to CARETAKERS.
